Ep #60: Leaders Are Learners w/Ken Noble
Show Notes

Today we have another great episode lined up for you. He reached out to me because he’s doing a podcast tour, and wanted to come on the show.

My guest and I are connected online, but this is actually our first time connecting live on a call. So I’m excited for this episode because it’s going to be a first for me interviewing someone that I don’t know a ton about.

This guest is an experienced trainer and coach who works with business owners to cultivate exceptional leaders within their teams. With a strong emphasis on leadership and personal growth, his strategies help individuals develop their true character and become their best selves as leaders.

Today’s guest is Ken Noble. He is the Owner & Founder at Noble Leadership Solutions.

Ken started his corporate journey in his early 20s in a large corporate hospital organization and understands the intricacies of leading large numbers of people. He has also been a Pastor and leadership communicator for 20 years.

During that time, he has spoken at youth camps, internationally at youth groups and college campuses, as well as facilitating leadership retreats. As with any volunteer organization, Ken has had to become adept at building teams with people following a vision and not a paycheck.

His work as an Executive Director with the John Maxwell team has enabled him to share and impart wisdom from the social sector into the corporate environment, from multi-billion-dollar companies to non-profits and local businesses.

Ken has been married to his lovely wife, Jennifer, for 25 years, and they have 3 amazing kids, Logan, Hannah, and Isabella, as well as a cute dog named Marshall. In Ken’s free time, he is part of a local improv comedy group, he loves trying new recipes, building and restoring things in his garage, and camping with his family.
